We are committed to making sure you are satisfied with our products. Your order is inspected prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Our return policy for other situations, such as shipping damage and the rare defective item is further explained below.
Shipping Damage
We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the freight bill of lading. If you are unable to inspect the contents at the time of delivery, make a notation on the freight bill of lading/waybill that there appears to be some damage. We have a professional technical team that easily can make most support online for repair. If couldn’t solve by repair, we can accept a new replacement sent to you.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
We offer a one-year warranty for all manufacturer’s defects (one/three years from the date of purchase). Defective products are rare and can be exchanged or repaired at SRN TECH’s discretion within one year of receiving your order. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our technicians. If they are found not to be defective, a restocking fee of 30% will be applied. Replacement parts are sent free of charge to the customer by our Company. SRN TECH is not responsible for the installation costs of replacement parts.
WARRANTY
SRN TECH warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will be suitable for form, fit, and function for 1 year. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is effective upon the date of shipment from SRN TECH. All claims under this warranty must be accompanied by the original SRN TECH product serial number, the purchaser’s original PO number, and the date of purchase. This warranty is conditional provided that such products were installed and operated in accordance with SRN TECH instructions. The obligation of SRN TECH is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of the defective product only. This warranty does not cover damages, including but not limited to, those resulting from shipping, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to tobacco smoke, exposure to the weather, normal wear and tear, terrorism, sabotage, acts of God, or failure to follow SRN TECH instructions. In no event shall SRN TECH be liable or responsible for the act or expense of removal or installation of defective products, incidental, consequential, or liquidated damages, or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once you place an order at SRN TECH, your order is then forwarded to our distribution center. If you change your mind and wish to cancel an order within 24 hours from the date and time of purchase, we will be able to confirm cancellation without penalty. No cancellations may be made after shipping has begun.
